Payments and refunds for the Service are processed through our Merchant of Record, Polar Software Inc. (USA). Accordingly, in addition to the refund criteria below, Polar's Buyer Terms and refund policy apply, and your non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law (such as the statutory right of withdrawal) are not limited.
Refunds for credit pack purchases are governed by the following criteria.
| Situation | Handling |
|---|---|
| Within 14 days of purchase + 0 credits used | Full refund |
| 1 or more credits used | Non-refundable (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce §17-2(5), "commencement of digital content provision") |
| More than 14 days after purchase | Non-refundable (exceptions reviewed where a critical technical defect makes credit use impossible) |
| Payment errors, duplicate charges, or other provider fault | Full refund regardless of period or usage |
Refund requests can be submitted directly from the Billing & Refunds page by selecting the relevant purchase. After administrator review, the refund is issued through Polar within 1–2 business days and returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on the settlement schedule of your card issuer or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Once a refund is completed, the credits granted for that purchase are revoked. Polar may also issue refunds at its own discretion within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks. For other payment inquiries (e.g., receipt reissuance), please contact doublejstudio21@gmail.com or Polar customer support (support@polar.sh).
