About billing and credits.
Credits are the unit used for AI tasks. Episode generation costs 30cr, quality review 5cr, a 10-episode outline 10cr, and so on. Full per-task costs are shown in your dashboard. The episode counts on this page are based on 30cr per episode (generation only).
Credits from credit packs do not expire. Write at your own pace — busy months, slow months, it doesn't matter.
Currently we only accept USD-based international payments. Most Korean Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards work on checkout as-is. KRW payment is in progress — email doublejstudio21@gmail.com to be notified.
Payments are processed by Polar (Merchant of Record). Polar handles EU VAT, Japanese JCT, US state sales tax, and other international taxes automatically — no extra paperwork.
Not yet. Seosa is currently credit-pack only — buy once, write until your credits run out, no recurring charges. A subscription plan is on the roadmap and will always be optional when it launches.
Purchases with unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of payment. Once credits are spent, or after 14 days, refunds are not available.
